Electrical Safety Inspections

All industrial and commercial premises contain a range of electrical installations, equipment and associated wiring. If these are correctly maintained then they do not constitute a risk; in some cases, however, they can be a serious threat to people and property. 

As a business owner, the Electricity at Work Regulations impose an ‘absolute duty'

on you to prevent any risk of injury from electrical causes, such as electrocution, heat, radiation or uncontrolled fire. So that you fully comply with this requirement, it is your responsibility to make sure that plant, portable electrical equipment and electrical installations are completely safe.
